In module two, we focus on mindset and motivation because this is where many people lose their way. We will zero in on your motivation and get clear about the whys, both positive and negative, so that you can use them to propel you forward when you need a boost. We also explore the difference between your left and right brain, your logic and emotions, and I’ll show you how to unite the two. (If you’ve ever tried to run on one leg, you know that you can do it, but you don’t go very far very fast!) Bringing them together will accelerate your progress and make it feel effortless.

Module Three
